This afternoon Connor, from Kelly Sports, lead Room 12 in some skipping activities. We had a lot of fun!
Our favourite skipping game was the Helicopter game (where Connor stood in the middle of the circle and spun a long skipping rope around - we had to jump each time the rope came our way - Joshua was our helicopter champ today!).

Toby thought this (Kelly Sports) was a lot of fun. He said you had to jump from side to side over the skipping rope.

These games look like so much fun. Skipping is a tricky thing to learn, so playing games like these is a great idea because it helps you learn while you having fun. Lachie said he liked the helicopter game best. I think that's funny, because when I was 5 like you, I used to LOVE playing that game too.
